European Shipments - Still subject to occasional delays

European Shipments update - whilst our warehouse is in the UK, and we suffered with so many other organisations since the 1st January with regard to Brexit issues, we are proud to say that we’re still able to ship to Europe whilst other retailers have still withdrawn their services.  We believe that lead-times are heading back to pre-Brexit levels but we know they are not there yet, so we advise to allow 7 working days from date of your order before contacting us to chase on delivery.

Where do you ship to?

This site is intended for servicing orders where delivery is bound to the United Kingdom (including Channel Islands) and Republic of Ireland.


How long will delivery take?

We aim to despatch all SEG orders on the working day after we receive an order, or (if an order is received by noon London time) on the day we receive the order; however, this is not guaranteed.

Deliveries will be on a standard next working day service (e.g. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm), except for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands or Islands where delivery will take longer (usually two working days).

Actual delivery timescales may vary according to external factors outside our control.


Will I be alerted when my order is due to arrive?

If you have provided your email address and phone number while placing your order, then our couriers will contact you directly (by email and text notification) offering extensive “in flight” options to reschedule delivery if you’re going to be out. On the day of delivery, they will endeavour to give you an estimated 1-hour delivery window.


How much will it cost?

Available shipping options will be presented based on the size/weight of your order and destination. The charge for each service will be clearly shown in the shopping basket before you proceed to the checkout.


What courier do you use?

Unless otherwise stated, we use DPD couriers for the delivery. One of the most innovative and largest international parcel delivery networks in Europe. In addition, DPD are committed to being a carbon neutral courier (a leader in their industry).


Can I amend delivery information?

Once the order has been submitted and accepted on the web site, changes to delivery information not allowed for security purposes. However, DPD do offer extensive “in flight” options allowing you to:

  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
  • Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday (additional payment may be required)
